Continental Tobacco Corp, the owner of the tobacco factory in Sátoraljaújhely, has awarded its employees who have been with the company for at least 5 years with a loyalty award. The company distributed a total of HUF 20 million, which was divided among 66 employees according to their years of service with the company.

This year again, Continental Tobacco Corp. held the traditional award ceremony for its employees, during which the company distributed HUF 20 million to its most dedicated workers. All employees who have been with the company for at least 5 years received the financial reward in addition to their September salary. The level of recognition was also determined by years of service with the company – this year, several employees celebrated 30 years of service.

The presentation of the awards also provided an opportunity for Csaba Füzi, CEO of Continental Tobacco Corp., to give a detailed presentation on the current situation and future plans of the company.

Csaba Füzi said that the work of the core staff is invaluable to Continental’s daily operations. He added that the 66 awards given out are a record in the company’s history and prove that Continental’s work and initiatives to support and encourage its employees are successful.
